The Rheal Brant-Hall Memorial Lecture is very pleased to present Ovide Mercredi and his lecture topic, “Taking the Right Action Before it is Too Late”.
Ovide Mercredi, former National Chief for the Assembly of First Nations, is a Cree born in the northern community of Grand Rapids (Misipawistik Cree Nation), Manitoba.
